Changed your mind? No problem. Zipplo offers free 30-day returns on most items, in line with your rights under UK consumer law. If something isn't right with your order, we will make it right.

How to Return an Item

• •Post the item back — once it arrives, your refund is processed.

Condition of Items

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible, with any tags or accessories included. Faulty or damaged items can always be returned free of charge, whatever the reason.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
