Changed your mind? No problem. Return almost anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — free of charge.

What can be returned

• Items in their original condition and packaging.
• Faulty or damaged items — at any point within the warranty period.

What can't be returned

• Opened perishable goods (food, coffee).
• Personal-care items opened for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

1. Head to our contact page with your order details.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a free return label.
3. Drop the parcel off — refunds land within 5 business days of us receiving it.

Your statutory rights

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty items & warranties

Something broke too soon? Contact us — most products carry a minimum 1-year warranty, and we'll repair, replace, or refund.
