Standard delivery: 2–4 business days

Delivery charges

FREE delivery on all orders of £35.00 or more.
Orders under £35.00 carry a flat £4.99 delivery charge.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the same working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking — follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep.

Delays & lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will replace or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
