These terms form a binding agreement between you and Zipplo. By using this website or placing an order, you accept them. They are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in the UK.

1. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices include applicable VAT/sales tax and are shown in GBP (£). An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and refund in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We accept major cards and PayPal balance.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return most items within 30 days — see our Returns Policy for details, including your statutory right to cancel within 14 days.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape content, or use it to infringe others' rights.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
